Yes. Our wooden equipment is designed, handcrafted and finished in our UK workshop.
Because we work with natural timber, slight variations in grain, colour, texture and finish are completely normal.
These natural characteristics are not faults and help make every VertiGrip product unique.
Our wooden equipment is made from carefully selected solid timber and is designed to provide a strong, stable and comfortable training surface.

Yes. VertiGrip equipment is suitable for a wide range of abilities, from beginners building strength, balance and confidence to experienced gymnasts and calisthenics athletes refining more advanced skills.
Yes. Our equipment is used by both adults and younger athletes.
Children should always use training equipment under the supervision of a responsible adult or qualified coach.

All equipment should be used on a stable, level and suitable training surface.
Our wooden equipment is primarily designed for indoor use.
It may be used outside temporarily in suitable dry conditions, but it should be brought indoors immediately after use. It must not be left outside or exposed to rain, moisture, damp conditions or extreme temperatures.
Personalisation
Personalisation is available on selected VertiGrip products.
The available personalisation options will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Personalised products are non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged or not as ordered.
Please check all initials, letters and personalisation details carefully before completing your purchase.

We may be able to make changes if work has not yet started, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your personalised product has entered production.
Colours & Natural Wood
We make every effort to display our colours accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions and the natural grain of the timber beneath the finish.
Wood is a natural material, so every piece will have its own grain pattern, colouring, texture and natural characteristics.
These differences are not faults and are part of what makes each handmade VertiGrip product unique.
Custom colours may be available for larger orders, such as orders for gymnastics clubs, studios or training facilities.

Orders & Delivery
Our current production and dispatch timeframe is displayed on the relevant product page.
As many VertiGrip products are handmade or personalised, your order may require time to be crafted, finished and checked before leaving our workshop.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery service available for your order.
Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout. Please remember that delivery estimates begin once your order has been completed and dispatched, rather than from the date the order was placed.
Yes. All VertiGrip orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow the progress of your parcel.
Please allow a short period for the courier’s tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch email.
Yes. We offer worldwide delivery to many international destinations.
The available delivery options, estimated delivery timeframes and any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
Orders sent internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by VertiGrip and are the responsibility of the customer.

We may be able to update the delivery address before dispatch. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has been handed to the courier.

Returns & Refunds
Non-personalised products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are:
- Unused and undamaged
- In perfect, resalable condition
- Complete and returned in their original packaging
- Personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by VertiGrip.
Yes. Please do not send an item back until you have received return instructions from us.
To request a return, email alex@vertigripfitness.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
One-Year Repair or Replace Guarantee
Our handmade wooden equipment is covered by a one-year repair or replace guarantee from the date of delivery.
If your product becomes damaged because of a manufacturing or material fault, through no fault of your own, our qualified carpenter will assess the issue and repair or replace the affected item.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse
- Improper storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic marks
- Damage caused by using the product contrary to our care and safety instructions
The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Please stop using the affected product while the issue is being assessed.
Product Care & Safety
Wipe the equipment gently using a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it immediately.
Do not soak the wood or use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or excessive amounts of water.
Store your equipment indoors in a clean, dry environment away from moisture, direct heat and strong sunlight.
Do not store wooden equipment outdoors or in damp garages, sheds or other areas where it may be exposed to significant temperature or humidity changes.
Chalk use may depend on the product and its finish.
Please be aware that chalk can leave residue or cosmetic marks. We recommend checking the care guidance provided with your product before use.

Always use the equipment on a stable, level and suitable training surface.
Check the product before each training session and stop using it immediately if you notice any damage.
