30-Day Returns
Non-personalised products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are:
- Unused and undamaged
- In perfect, resalable condition
- Complete and returned in their original packaging
- Personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please do not send your item back until you have received return instructions from us. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to VertiGrip.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us.
Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected us.
One-Year Repair or Replace Guarantee
Our handmade wooden equipment is covered by a one-year repair or replace guarantee from the date of delivery.
If your product becomes damaged due to a manufacturing or material fault, through no fault of your own, our qualified carpenter will assess the issue and repair or replace the affected item.
This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks or damage caused by use contrary to our care and safety instructions.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
